PEPM is "per employee, per month". Every employee on your account counts toward the bill. Prices shown are PEPM on annual billing — the 17% discount versus monthly billing is already baked in.
Yes. Add an add-on at any time and we'll pro-rate the cost for the remainder of your billing period. Remove an add-on and we'll credit the unused portion back to your next invoice.
Anyone with an active employee profile in HeimdallHR — including part-timers, contractors with profiles, and people on long-term leave. Leavers and archived profiles don't count.
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT. UK VAT is added at the standard rate to all invoices for UK customers.

Yes. Monthly billing can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the current month. Annual billing can be cancelled at the end of your annual term (no auto-renewal lock-in).
